Snappy Burger is an "experience” based game platform where users can play. The app and website “randomcatstudios.com” is owned and operated by Random cat llc. "Random Cat" is the distributor username on the apple and Google play app stores. Collectively, we describe our products and services—including our websites, mobile apps, platform, content, and hardware, as well as any apps released under the "Random Cat" name on google play or the Apple app store —as our "Services." This Privacy Policy explains how we treat information from or about our users, including how we collect, use, and share information in connection with our Services.

We are always updating and improving our Services. We may add or remove a feature, or stop a Service altogether.  You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. Your continued use of our Site and the Snappy Burger app after such notices constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. 1. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES RANDOM CAT COLLECT

 If you decide to register on our leaderboards, there will be certain information you must provide such as your a unique login name, and password for leaderboards. Snappy Burger and randomcatstudios.com may collect your ip addresses, leaderboard sign in info for google play games and game center, player behavior, game events, and phone SDK and hardware information.

➢    Transaction Information

If you buy something on or through our Services, we collect information about the transaction. This can include your payment information, or purchase activity.   When we take your credit card payment information, it is directed to your bank card of choice where the information is verified and charged by your bank card carrier, rest assured we do not store any credit card information. We will verify that your purchase orders are received and accurately processed by the appropriate policy producers and plan administrators and maintain accurate records of your transaction for future use.  We will also keep accurate policy records and a personal profile for your secure access via the Web.

5. HOW ARE COOKIES USED ON THE RANDOMCATSTUDIOS.COM SERVICE?
